Raymond Perry is the Founder and Managing Partner of NJGEC.

Ray spends his days solving the most challenging energy problems facing building owners today. With over 30 years of energy market experience, Raymond has the ability to navigate the volatile and sometimes confusing energy supply market to incorporate budget certainty and commodity savings into a customized holistic & sustainable energy management plan for the clients of NJGEC.

In addition to his work at NJGEC, Ray is member of the following organizations: Sustainable Somerset County Committee, Warren Twp. Green Team, Warren Twp. CERT, NJ Chapter USGBC, NJIOLA (lacrosse official), and TEPA. Ray was also a 10 year board member and boy’s coordinator of the Watchung Hills Lacrosse Club.

Ray is a Certified Energy Professional (CEP), and a BPI certified Building Analyst and Building Envelope Professional.
Prior to founding NJGEC, Ray enjoyed an extremely successful career in investment banking trading energy related products for some of the largest global institutions at Salomon Brothers and JP Morgan Chase
Ray studied Finance and Economics at Rutgers University prior to his Wall St. career and returned to Rutgers to complete the Green Technology Certificate Program Prior to entering the Sustainable Energy field. Ray also holds a Solar PV installer certificate from the Rutgers School of Engineering.
