DAVID KESSLER is an accomplished transactional lawyer and litigator, concentrating his practice in real estate and business matters. David represents a wide variety of real estate owners, investors, REITS, developers, lenders, condominium associations, cooperatives and professional management companies, as well as large and small business owners. He also has proudly served as a member of the NJGA Board of Directors since its inception. he has been an key partner for the association in helping create our By-Laws and is now a key partner on our efforts to secure changes to the bidding processes for state facilities.
He counsels clients in the formation, acquisition, financing, leasing, conversion and sale of commercial, multi-family and residential real estate as well as the acquisition, financing and sale of business assets. David has extensive experience with loan workouts, purchases of notes and mortgages, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transactions and title issues.
David litigates matters related to real estate and business disputes, title issues, Sheriff’s sales, tax appeals, condominium and cooperative issues, foreclosures and landlord-tenant matters.
David is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, graduating from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1982 and Brandeis University in 1979.
